Peak Performance Swim Camp | Connecticut Swimming Camps
The Swimming Triangle focuses on the holistic combination of a mental, physical, and technical approach to swimming and Swim Positive centers around a positive attitude toward competitive swim training and to life.
Peak Performance Swim Camp was founded by former Olympic coach Nick Baker, who is also the head coach of all swim camps and has 37 years of experience as a competitive swimming coach for thousands of swimmers. Coach Baker uses his previous experience to push each swimmer to reach new personal records. All swim camp participants are given the full attention they need to improve their techniques and times from Coach Baker and his experienced staff of coaches.
Peak Performance Swim Camp features a swimmer-to-coach ratio as low as 5:1, which guarantees each swimmer personalized swimming technique instruction. Our swimmers always have a great time at Swim Camp and also learn valuable swimming skills to enhance and improve their strokes and help them in local, State, and National competition at USA Swimming, rec swimming, and high school swim meets.
Each Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter Swim Camp offers each swim camp swimmer a chance for improvement. Through Peak Performance Swim Camp, swimmers have been trained to: perfect their streamline, get a powerful butterfly kick, improve their freestyle starts, have a fast flip turn, swim more efficiently, learn the proper backstroke start, get faster times, learn new butterfly drills, and breathe correctly in their breaststroke.
Swimmers and parents enjoy that our swim camps are located all over the country, all year long:
Spring Swim Camps in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; Washington DC; Greenwich, Connecticut and Orlando, Florida.
